The 200 year old farmhouse has been enlarged and modernized without losing its charm and character. Guests have their own entrance to the house and can come and go at their leisure.
The dining and sitting rooms are downstairs with back-to-back fireplaces. During the warm weather there is a screened-in porch and and a glassed-in porch to sit and relax. All these areas are non-smoking.
There are two guest rooms available, both with private baths. These rooms are upstairs and are not handicap-accessible.
The east room has a double bed and a single bed with a step down into the bathroom.
The west room has a queen bed and a single bed.
Prices include a hearty Vermont breakfast.
Off season rates are $90 for a single night stay, or $85 a night for multiple nights. For more than two people in a room, there is an additional $15 charge for each additional person.
Peak season is the month of March—sugaring season—and the first two weeks of October. Peak season rates are $100 for a single night stay, or $95 a night for multiple nights. For more than two people in a room, there is an additional $15 charge for each additional person.
